Staff are awful. Moved towns recently and this has become my nearest Asda. I've been in on roughly 10 occasions and the staff are so rude and useless. Theyre attitude is appalling. The young lad is lovely and the security men on the door. but the female women on the kiosk and tills are just something else. I've left that store several times in awe of how unhelpful they have been. How rude they have been. Even angry on a number of occasions. I've got soooo many other choices of shops and supermarkets on many doorstep. I will literally never use this store again.

I've been going here since it opened and never had a problem. It's a convenience shop with no parking issues. Always get what I need and the staffing has improved if you have read any of the previous reviews. To me it's the corner shop.

The attitude of some of the staff at this store is disgusting, particularly the lady working in the self checkout area around 4pm 6th April.

Staff are improving, some of them actually take the time to engage in conversation now but others are still waiting for a visit from the customer service fairy.My visit today wasn’t ruined by the staff, or the exorbitant prices, it was spoiled by a pair of blokes in cheap suits begging for Great Ormand Street Hospital, that’s not even local. Shame to be honest because the staff are generally on the up. Management need to do more.

My 9 months pregnant daughter went into the store today and asked if they could change coins for a £1 to use the trolley and was refused.Absolutely disgusting attitude and what kind of customer service is that for someone who is clearly unable to carry a basket.

Visited recently with my partner who uses a walking stick.Very helpful at the self check out and member of staff offered to push trolley to disabled parking spotService with a smile
