Abdul provided a fantastic service. From calling him needing a tyre replacement for a BWM i3 (not that common) to having it fitted was sub 1-hour. Amazing speed. While he was on-site, he also checked the other rear tyre for a slow leak and thankfully just required a reseal around the tyre rims.
