Food is usually served hot and freshly cooked although there doesn't seem to be a cleaner to brush up food from under tables and actually clean tables after someone's eaten at them. Quite unhygienic! Staff are helpful.

Saw 6 staff members but none bothered to pick up the overflowing leak collecting dish under the drinks machine, which left water all over the floor in an area staff used often. Accident waiting to happen. If they paid as much attention to cooking the burgers, I sincerely hope it was cooked properly! A medium steakhouse burger that i ordered was tasteless and bland. No one seemed to be able to tell me what the difference was between a steakhouse and a farmhouse burger....... how do the staff know what to put in one when it's ordered then? The eating in area was frankly disgusting. Food debris on tables and most of the floorspace. I'll try again in another year..... if its still there.

Visited on 14/8/23 on way to Cornwall & on way home on 21/8/23.. Do they employ a cleaner at all? Food at Greggs on way there was OK & BK on way back was almost cold (Had a Whopper).. One of the toilet seats in one of the cubicles was broken & in a disgusting state. Shame because we used to stop here when it was a Little Chef & was convenient for us as about half way on the journey. Seriously thinking of finding somewhere else now

The only thing warm was the bun.Burger was cold, ordered extra bacon & that came uncooked. When I say uncooked, i mean raw.I'd of preferred to wait the extra minutes for a hot burger & cooked bacon, but apparently, that's the way it comes.

As a previous reviewer asked, do they employ a cleaner here? Dirty toilets smelling of old pee aren't nice to visit.As for the BK food here - very mediocre. Do they operate at minimum standards for their drinks dispensers? This is the second BK I've visited where the drinks were pretty flat and not cold.

Poor people working here, due to an accident the place was overloaded , I had to queue at the drive through for about half an hour. But that said they were apologetic and polite. We'll done guys

Whoppers used to be big and dripping with lovely sauce, not so now.I added small fries and was shocked how small the portion was.Big tasty and fries are now preferred.

Had to stop here on Monday 2nd August and wish l hadn't bothered, stuck in the drive in for 45mins only to have received the worst burgers we've ever had, dry, tasteless, burnt beyond chargrilled and cold, they even managed to get the drinks wrong after three times of explaining what we wanted , if we hadn't been driving away it would have been sent back.We'll get in touch with headquarters for a response and hopefully refund.

Very dirty and not a big space...Ok if you are starving but otherwise prob go elsewhere...dont order onion rings..
