I would have given 0 stars if I had the option. I was suppose to have a toot extracted on the 9/12/21, however the dentist was unable to attend work on the day. Which is fine, these things happen and I understand. However the issue I have is that I am in severe pain, on my third round of antibiotics and still awaiting a call back from the practice manager to try and get me booked in with one of the other dentist. I was promised a call back on the 6/12/2021. This has not happened, I have been chasing for a week now with a promise of a call back on a daily basis. I have always thought that Cambourne Dental provided a good level of service to their patients, however this past week's experience have left much to be desired. It does not take a lot to pick the phone up to inform patients that they are working on a solution as the appointment was cancelled due to no fault of my own. I chased again this morning to be told the practice manager will call during lunch, I am yet to receive that call as well. Disgusting customer service and a truly disappointing experience from Cambourne Dental on this occasion. I have been trying to ring the UK Head Office number to enquire in regards to a resolution, but this just goes to VM and if you leave a VM no one rings back. I would be ashamed if this was the level of customer service you provide.

My wife has an appointment.We have received FIVE CALLS, two emails and three texts, reminding her of her appointment, and requesting to fill in forms.My phone is not a smart phone and I have been unable to get anywhere on my IPad. One reminder we can accept but not FIVE.I want to emphasise that that the remarks are NOT aimed at Handside dental service, who give an excellent service.I have since found out the the emails and text calls come from Dentally.

Where do I start? Horrible communication, I am chasing for months their manager after a complain, no one ever gets back to me. They just ignore customers, they take your money as a deposit for the treatment, and then they disappear ignoring calls and emails. Avoid t the norwood branch at all cost, its a bunch of people that simply don't care and cannot do their job.

Bad attitudes of receptionists name Megan at Maidstone zero out of 10 costumer service manner .Unpleasant and rude .No thank you bye or etc so disrespectful .Reported to NHS .

I was on their waiting list for 3 years finally got a phone call and was checked in and a appointment was made that went fine then had to wait for 1 month to have my next appointment which was cancelled the day before very little reason given then told I would have to wait another month for the next appointment Very poor start and service ..

Was lucky enough to work for a branch of Colosseum based in Kingston.Absolutely fantastic team of Dentists Nurses and Reception staff who worked so well as a team..Nurses went above and beyond their normal nursing Duties and were always on hand to help wherever possible and were fantastic at their jobs.Dentists were truly brilliant and always happy to muck in and help out and were amazing with their patients and took the time to listen to concerns and always put the needs of the patient first.Practice manager was excellent and helpful and is slowly making changes to help improve the patient experience and its already proven popular as many patients are commenting on how improved the practice is.Had some of my best Nursing days at this particular practice and will truly miss working with such a great team of people

Where do I start. Horsham branch. Harriet the receptionist has to be the rudest most ignorant little chav I have ever met. She is rude has love bites on her neck and basically ushered me out of the practice when I mentioned I had complained about her. She totally breached any Covid guide lines and stood so close to me that my nostrils were full of the repugnant scent she wears. Without doubt she is the rudest most hostile person imaginable. I am still waiting for HR or customer complaints to get back to me after at least 10 calls on my behalf. They send out letters with no information on that shows there Ltd company information and signed by the practice manager when they didn't have one in post. Dubious to say the least.

I have to praise the gentleman from Ukraine at the Chalton branch who worked on my root canal, what a wonderful job you done. tried to call the reception to pass on my feed back but have had no answer for a week just answer phone. they need a proper receptionist who can man the phones at all times.

This company are a chain and so personal service is out the window. As a patient you are a number. I visited one of their dentists in Kent. Absolutely shocking treatment from the hygienist. Complaining to the practice manager was no better. If you value for dental health, sanity and well being...avoid!
