Our boiler had broken down just as the temperature plummeted so we needed quotes and a replacement as quickly as possible.Ziad came round the day we called, assessed what we needed and discussed our options, providing us with two quotes for two different boilers. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.Having received quotes from three companies we decided to use Ziad and MCR Heating and Plumbing and we're so glad we did.We were absolutely blown away by the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of Ziad and his team and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ziad was incredibly thorough and provided great advice when having our radiators replaced and relocated. The work he and Tom carried out was very high quality and communication was excellent the whole way through the job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I phoned on Saturday about a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. Ziad arrived within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired the issue at a very fair price and gave lots of advice regarding our central heating system when I asked his opinion about the radiators. A most professional and polite engineer.

Ziad came to my rescue twice. The first time was earlier this year on a Sunday night for an emergency leaking pipe of the boiler. This time he helped me with removing and installing a new boiler. Fantastic experience with the guys. Quickly responded with a competitive price and came round the next day. The job didn’t end up being as straight forward as expected but they went out of their way to get it sorted quickly for us. They also did some extra bits for us on our boiler whilst here and we’ve got them booked in to come back and do some further works. Very polite and professional guys who did an excellent job for us. Would definitely recommend.

Ziad came over and fitted a new tap onto my kitchen sink. He was very friendly and professional, explained everything thoroughly so I could I knew what he needed to do and buy and then gave us a good price. Would highly recommend.

Ziad helped me out when I was in a little bit of a bind with removing a radiator. He came over within a half hour despite it being late in the day and was professional and extremely affordable. Not only that he was a pleasant guy to be around and he gave me a whole bunch of tips in relation to my central heating system. Would highly recommend, I'm keeping his number for future emergencies.
