Business owner is friendly, helpful and honest.His employees and subcontractors are punctual, work spot on and can be trusted.•The function of the stove and wood is explained in detail - the first fire is started by the craftsman to make sure that everything is done correctly and that the process can be shown to the customer in detail.•Debris and garbage is taken away by craftsmen.•Not only do you get a stove installed, but you also get numbers from trustworthy, good craftsmen for future work.

Looking for a new fire for my 93yr mam. Peter is a really nice guy and helped us out giving us good advice. Ben came out and checked the flu and gave us advice on what type of fire we could have. Fire ordered and being fitted 1st SeptReally good service. Thanks guys.

We visited several other showrooms before Hearth to Hearth,we received the best advice and help from Peter with no pressure .All contacts and appointments were as advised.Kevin & Brad called to measure up and fit the fire and surround.Excellent workmanship ,very professional ,clean and tidy job.Thrilled with the result.Would highly recommend.Thanks Lads

Tried other companies before going to Peters show room in Seaham. Honest no pressure experience , delivery and fitting was as promised, all rubbish was taken away. First class service at the right price, would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic work from Peter, Jason and Jan at Hearth to Hearth. Couldnt ask for better !!Peter gave great advice without any pressure at all, always ensured we were happy with what was being done. Great time keeping and everything tidied up as they went.We are extremely happy with the finished result.We would highly recommend Hearth to Hearth to anyone looking to replace or put in place a fireplace, great choice to choose from and great work from the team.

Online says 10 - 4 on Sunday went 2 o clock with sign on door saying appointments only on a Sunday put it on here unless I missed something.
