Trust these reviews, not Trustpilot!My elderly father has had an absolutely awful experience dealing with this company. We tried to upgrade to fibre; we were given an installation date of tomorrow, but, only upon chasing up Fleur did we find that the broadband hadn't been ordered. He also hasn't received his new router.There was very poor communication about whether he'd be able to use his existing home phone network with a fibre connection, so we decided to cancel the installation. But he's been on hold for 42 minutes as he was passed from pillar to post, without any communication as to what's been going on.To top it all, he's currently paying £50 a month for a very intermittent 2MB connection! I need to check how this has happened, but it seems there have been price increases without his knowledge (from £30 in 2019 to £50 now) and he hasn't been offered the chance to change providers when out-of-contract. It's awful, deceitful, and immoral. Fleur is not registered with either of the ISP ombudsmen, so there's no route of complaint, unless we go with trading standards. If you have elderly relatives on Fleur, I advise you to find a new ISP as soon as you possibly can.We're going to find an ISP that actually knows what it's doing. I've dealt with a lot of ISP (and even used to work for one) and I can say that this is hands-down the worst experience I've ever had.

Avoid.They mislead and rip off the elderly - my elderly family member mentioned about her new internet contract and that she is also getting sky tv, i got suspicious so looked at all her emails from flur theres no tv service they recon somehow they work with sky *cough* ********! Internet is shocking, price is too much and you can get better speeds for less with others.

They send their agent, and they lie to us that they will cancel our contract with other company, but they didn't do anything so I am in trouble I should do the cancellation by my own and pay the cancellation fees to my old company. When I ask them to do cancellation from their company because they didn't keep their promise, they said I should pay the cancellation fee aswell . And they said this is not their fault. I am really in trouble because of them.

Making the death of my father worse for my mother. This lot make us think we are pioneers in my dad dying. No idea how to set up a seemless service for a greiving widow. Then blame BT for faults & ignore requests for updates. Utter garbage. Should be ashamed. Rot. Dog dirt. Bins.

I'm really surprised to see some dissatisfied reviews. We've been with Fleur for many years since TalkTalk ditched us as we live in a rural area. The customer service is excellent. (Special mention to Adam Backshall for exceptional customer service). It is easy to connect and communicate with a human being rather than a chatbot and this is worth a lot! We don't use the Internet for gaming so don't need a super fast speed but have found our package to be fast enough for our needs and are very pleased to be with Fleur Telecom.

If I could give this service no stars I would. The customer service was extremely poor. They didn't listen or understand what we told them. Even though we know the problem arose when openreach did some work on a telegraph pole leaving several properties without Internet they insisted we make an appointment for an engineer to come round. They said perhaps a hamster had chewed through a wire. Really 5 properties involved?! How difficult is it to get someone out to check a pole.

When Talktalk decided they did not want the 'hassle' of rural areas we were passed on to Fleur.I did not expect any magic wand, they are still using the same infrastructure that was there before..... Wrong to expect to magically get superspeed internet.....Their prices are fair, when needed they have helped resolve issues - contacted Openreach to sort external problems, sent new router.No worse than any other in our experience.

Very disappointed service, tried to help an elderly neighbour with a heart condition, as he was having troubles setting up his router following Open Reach installation. The Tech team put up pointless barriers, eg pictures of router boxes, reset which take 30 mins and promised line checks via Vodafone which never happen. Overall wasted 3 hours so far with these dreadful uncaring people, they should be ashamed of their service and dissolve, hopefully enough people will read these genuine reviews and not the fake glowing Trustpilot ones.Yes

Worse Internet I've ever had. It can't even handle getting through one film without buffering. I am gutted I've signed a 2 year contract biggest mistake ever. I rang them up complaining but I got no where. I basically got told to turn it on and off which I did and there is no difference. As soon as I cam get them bought out of contract I will be leaving. Do not touch this company for Services.Gemma

I was referred to them by my rental company for organising utilities during a house move. Completely pointless exercise and I ended up organising it myself.
