Porsche Centre Guildford

Polite, kind, courteous and most of all - not in any way the arrogant image I associated with Porsche. Instead, a range of great cars, accessible and without any hard sell pressure - the cars sell themselves!

Visiting the area on holiday. Realised the rear and brake lights on my Porsche weren’t working. I dropped into Porsche Guildford in the hope they could help. And they did. Without hesitation. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road legally again very quickly. Thanks everyone.

Start off by saying I have not been an easy customer. New car had some faults with the roof which Porsche Guildford quickly sorted out. Anthony who was in managing my service was amazing and so polite. Thanks for all your help

Currently (11/2023) the Porche showroom is being rebuilt but there is a temporary showroom which has a single show car. If you wish to test drive or look at cars, you will need to book an appointment where Porche will ensure the cars are on site. If you turn up and are willing to wait approx. 15 minutes they will be able to get the cars to the showroom if they have them available. There is also a parts department where you can turn up to buy parts or call to order.

Very good dealership with excellent customer service. Great buying experience and Russell is an excellent salesman. Parts and aftercare also been great and courtesy car is very useful.

A very small issue with the car was fixed under warranty. What stands out is the super friendly and helpful team (especially Mark & Tim) Absolutely brilliant first experience with Guildford.

Always an excellent experience from the team here. I had the pleasure of buying a 981 Boxster Black Edition a few years ago - and everything from the welcome, the purchase (and finance), the servicing and communications was always fantastic. Highly recommended. I went back last year while considering returning to Porsche, and saw the same levels of great service again.

The service has been exceptional on several occasions now and I really appreciate the whole team's tenacity to get a very long list of bits resolved. Kirstie has kept me updated consistently throughout, Mark (on a previous occasion) was very helpful in jumping in the car with me briefly on the last visit to help diagnose a creaky cup holder and Tim too has also been great. Jake, one of the technicians was equally really friendly and helpful and I believe it was him (and possibly other members of the team) who also worked on the vehicle and were able to diagnose a creaking noise when reversing and a few other faults. Usually when there's been a problem with a car I've owned in the past, it always feels like you have to declare world war before anything is actually done, however this hasn't been the case and it's appreciated. I've had quite a few niggles with the car since I've owned it, however it's a welcome relief that the service team at Guildford have been excellent.Being able to directly call the service team and/or email and text is a big step above other brands and makes the whole process far smoother.The front of house team too have always been incredibly polite and attentive - it doesn't go unnoticed! Especially when coming from other dealerships (cough JLR).The car is clearly well looked after too when it's been left with you - I've had alloys kerbed, paintwork damages, interior scratched in the past with another company.

Visited the showroom a few weeks back to confirm our GT4 order, the staff are super friendly and the showroom is clean and likewise with the facilities. Parking is a small issue currently but there are building works currently so under the circumstances it’s understandable.
