Staff very rude. Officious and jobs worth woman in charge.I asked for a bacon roll at 11.25, lovely young girl was about to serve it to me when a very unpleasant manager piped up ‘breakfast finished at 11am’ I said so are you going to throw that bacon in the bin’ her response in a stern officious voice ‘breakfast finishes at 11’ at this point the lady behind me comments ‘that’s terrible’. I said ‘I know jobs worth’Said manager then says ‘I don’t appreciate being called a jobs worth’.Had she used some customer service skills and said ‘I’m really sorry but it’s company policy’ or ‘ the bacon has been hot held to long so we can’t serve it’ I would have understood but this woman was on a power trip and as a customer I am very unsatisfied with customer service. There are other rude staff I. There two as I use this branch often. The lady behind me in the queue came out to my car and said ‘ I hope you’re going to make a complaint, one for her attitude and two for the waste’ .So I’m now doing so!!!

Very rude member of staff. Young fellow with a terrible attitude. Needs training. Should send him into Dumfries town centre to work with staff there.

Very disappointed. My husband likes Greggs so I go but each time we go, and we go about 9.30am, they have either run out of bacon, have no coffee (this was Greggs @ Cuckoobridge) and this morning at the one on Annan Road, they had run out of baguettes. Ended up going to McDonald's!

Only problem with this Greggs is they run out of breakfast items quite often

Given 1 star only because you can't give zero. Brother's Cheese and onion pastie must have came out of the freezer and my sausage roll wasn't much warmer. Was then told they are not to heat anything up. Thankfully the tea warmed me after the shock.

Used them twice this week and both times the service was faultless - friendly and helpful. Good is always good. Will use again. Thanks all.

Rude staff , too busy eating her own breakfast rather than serving customers. When I call out hello are you serving she replied yes I did see you on the screen. Food was not hot more warm ish .

Rude staff, undercooked bacon, cold sausage rolls.The female manager Carolyn was one of the most rude people we've ever spoken to. Our fault apparently that the straightforward order was wrong, slammed the immediately returned food on the counter, spoke to us very rudely, shouted at us and her staff, cold sausage roll, undercooked bacon.. Avoid at all costs!!!

Well visited there this morning and the staff was very rude and disrespectful to customersWas waiting outside at 7 was ment to open at 6 carolyn the manager fake oneWhen she opened the door I said what time u ment to open and her reply was I've been working 21days on a row and I can open up when ever I wantI was like oh rightThen she mumbled something to the other girlThen when she served me I was like a sausage roll and a stake bake and she said it was 695 and when I challenged her she said it was the price and I said are u sure she went off on on and said she couldn't server meThink its cos iam not from here

So I visited this greggs at 10. 45am on 18/11/2023. The staff are so rude and disrespectful, the pastie was stone cold, and I asked if they could heat it up in the microwave, she said NO, so I asked if she could give me one that's slightly warm and she said NO they are all cold, she didn't even check them, but soon as I walked in , I had a bad feeling about this member of staff, absolutely disgusting service. She said it in a smug way as well, almost like she gets off being rude to customers.
