Green appliance repairs

Excellent service, polite and friendly team - even managed to bring my appointment forward when they realised an engineer would be in my area. Paying at the end off the appointment was easy and convenient. Saved me from buying a new washer/dryer. I cannot recommend enough!

What a great family run business, from the initial phonecall to the visit from the technician..... absolutely brilliant. An absolutely first rate service - Mark was punctual, professional and provided practical advice on the future maintenance of our washing machine, having first diagnosed the problem before successfully fixing it. Whole thing worked perfectly. We had a response soon after logging the issue online. The repair person came out, used our key safe and sorted the machine and let us know when they were done. Couldn’t want for better. Will definitely use again.

We needed the rubber seal replaced on the washing machine, and it's a tricky model that needs disassembling to do that. Green appliance was responsive, professional, good value and the engineer was friendly and efficient. My only one criticism would be that they rang to confirm I was in and I had to respond in 15 mins or the appointment would be rescheduled - I was in a Teams meeting so could only respond in 30 mins. Fortunately, they were able to keep the appointment anyway. I do not mind having to be called at all, but if more notice could be given or an upfront warning that a response to the call is needed with 15 mins, that would have helped me plan. I've given 5 stars anyway, as they did keep the appt and are otherwise excellent and I would recommend.

Excellent good old-fashioned professional service on time and nothing was too much trouble. In fact Oli the engineer, did such a good job of our washing machine( even though other companies had looked at it before and said needed whole new door ). We extended the work to repair other goods I would have no hesitation in recommending them as I run a small family business myself. These guys seem really nice but the follow through is somewhat erratic. I think it could have been bad timing as they were moving offices around the time we booked our repair.My tenant was constantly messaging me saying 'er, where are they?'. Then I'd call and they'd promise to attend or call back and then didn't! Often there was no answer when I called. The part took ages to come. Prob not their fault.Eventually machine was fixed and as far as I know problem hasn't re occurred. I got my tenant to use someone else the next time something went wrong (which was weirdly a couple of weeks later but a completely different issue!) as couldn't handle going through all the miscommunication again with these guys! Would consider using again if they could reassure me I'd be kept in the loop better

I'm actually a bit lost for words at my experience with this company. I booked in to have two of my appliances repaired. I was told it would cost £65 for my washing machine and £85 for my dryer to be fixed. I arranged my day off to be in for them only to be called that day and told they couldn't come until the next day. Fine, no problem. When they arrived they barely acknowledged me at first, just chatting amongst themselves. Quite rude, but again, fine. I took them to the appliances, they looked at the dryer first. It took them less than a minute to look up the error message on their phone, then said it's not worth my while getting it fixed, but if I wanted a new machine they sell them. Again, fine. They fixed the washer, great. Then they told me I would have to pay £45 call out fee for the dryer they didn't fix, on top of the £65 for the washer. I wasn't told that would be the case. They were already here and they didn't do anything to fix it. I said I wasn't happy about that and he said noone usually complains". I didn't want an argument with a man in my house so I paid

Excellent same day service for a washing machine leak. Charges were transparent and very fair. Will be using this Greens if I have any problems in the future. Well recommended.

Green Appliance Repair responded quickly and had an engineer available to come on the day requested. He was upfront that he could do the repair but it might not be worthwhile due to the expense. We opted to source a new washer/dryer through Green Appliance Repair, and they were able to provide one competitively priced delivered, fitted (and old appliance removed!) within a few days. I really appreciated the speed with which our family of five were back in the laundry game.
