Had some very old negatives of 126 film format from the 1970s. Staff at Phoenix Photographic done a fantastic job in recovering the photos from the negatives. Had them scanned to digital files and printed too. I would highly recommend phoenix photographic for vintage photo recovery at a reasonable price too.A very satisfied customer and will use again.

Had a very faded and degraded 25 year old photo that was so bad virtually all colour had gone. Have used the shop before for general printing needs (which they have always delivered great prints) so popped in to see if they could restore the faded image. Spoke with Micheal who said they can help get this back to its former glory. Two days later it was ready for collection and wow, what a brilliant job. It's exceeded my expectations and so pleased with the results. Great job....many thanks

I have been using this shop since it opened 29 years ago.The staff & service is above & beyond.The quality of there frames which I have had for quite a few years all look new.I have had passport photos done here including when my children were young and they know what will pass without having to keep getting them done time & time again.Today I went in with paw prints of my beloved dog that has just passed, and they have framed them with a photo beautiful words & a precious photo, beautifully framed & mounted. It’s this personal touch like this the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thank you Dave, Mike & your amazing team x

Their expert knowledge, customer service and attention to detail is second to none!From processing film, back in the day, to transferring files from our phones, they have always stayed ahead of the game. I spoke to Dave about printing from some glass plate negatives that my Great Grandfather had taken in Cornwall, America and the Far East, in the nineteenth century 170 + plates! I am delighted with the result of the prints and I feel it is all down to Dave and his expertise! I can thoroughly recommend him for his enthusiasm and his excellent service!

Excellent quality and service for digitising our big box of old negatives and stacks of old video. We ended up with over 5000 digital versions of our precious memories to take home and hours of our old videos converted to digital. The staff in the shop are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and kept us informed about the progress of their work. I have already and will in the future recommend their services. Honestly great people, great customer service. I came in with a request concerning my films, Dave talked about the solutions and necessary steps to avoid the same problems In the future. And I should add, he heard my request despite it being the closing hours of the day. I will definitely be back!
