Eddy and his team are truly nice people. They helped bury my dad in February 2017 and when I called and spoke to Eddy in December 2017 he sounded genuinely sad that my mum had also died. I have to think that it cannot be easy to maintain such a caring attitude after all the years that Eddy told us he has been in the business but Eddy and his team do manage it.He was also open and honest, he told us that his firm STILL get used (contacted out) by those expensive (in my opinion rip off) prepaid funeral plans but it paying 2/3 of the fee to Eddy and his team.Hence it's worth saving the money and going direct to him.I hope I don't have to use Eddy's firm for many years to come, no offence - 2 middle aged parents and 2 toddlers - but, heaven forbid, if I did, I would certainly go straight to his firm.Thank you for all your care and help. (He also gives good advice on what to do after a death, solicitors can be slow and rubbish. Eddy is quick and knowledgeable.)

Tom at E M Dorman is the kindest human you could hope to have organising a much loved husband and father's funeral. Every detail was beautifully and meticulously organised. His manner and that of his staff was perfectly pitched to the sadness of the occasion. We chose Tom over the obvious competitors in Corby because from the very first meeting we believed he would oversee a beautiful funeral. We also chose Tom because there was no upselling of unnecessary add-ons: embalming, rings etc. I should also say that Dorman's is very competitively priced compared to competitors.

I wanted to share my experience with E.M Dorman funeral directors. Tom has been so kind in organising the burial of my dads ashes. He is just the kindest young gentleman that is so perfect in this sad situation. I would highly recomend this establisment to anybody. Thank you so much Tom you they are lucky to have you. Had a service by Eddie today very personal and perfect did a amazing job from start to finish would not go with anyone else we did the live cam which was brilliant with the covid in mind all I can say is thank you Eddie my dad would have been proud of ur service like we all where and the cars where very clean and tidy just thanks for the others involved to great people

From my first phone call - antisocial hours, of course - to my final conversation with Margaret the team at Dorman’s couldn’t have been more helpful and respectful. My Dad would have been delighted with the farewell that they helped us achieve.

Margaret supported and guided me through every step, and ensuring I had every detail covered from the first contact and throughout, all with sincere empathy. Tom ensured the day went as smooth as possible and showed such respect. We are truly grateful and humbled by the dignity and respect my sister was given by them all. Very unprofessional

It seems strange to write a review for a funeral director, but it is one of the most vital and emotional decisions life throws at us. I was so glad that, after speaking to several others, I chose E Dorman. Everything was handled with tact, sympathy and empathy. Thank you for organising a fitting tribute to my darling wife.Recommend without hesitation.
