William and the team have done a fantastic job! I needed a new roof so I looked on Checkatrade, found Total Restoration and noticed the reviews were very good with positive feedback. From the first moment I met William (who came around to give a quote on the same day I called) I knew I had found the right man for the job: very professional, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and very clear. He takes a lot of pride in his work and I appreciated the constant updates he gave me on the progress, with calls and pictures.Couldn't be happier! Will consider them for future jobs too.
