Bought and had two composite doors and two windows fitted, the doors look fantastic. From the the moment they came round to mesure up the service has been brilliant. Had a small problem with one of the doors after a month, the after service and how they delt with it was outstanding. Would definitely use again and would recommend with out a thought.

You wake up in the morning to find disaster has struck. Some over enthusiastic delinquents have thrown an object at your pristine bay window only to smash it. You panic, it is Friday and you wonder what your chances are of having a replacement window for the weekend. You contact Tunnel Glazing who are happy to help. Within 10 minutes the broken pane has been removed and within 2 hours a new window has been cut and installed. Super fast, very friendly, and, professional. What more can you ask? Great service.

After weeks of waiting for a visit to be arranged, they are no longer responding. As a potential new customer the service is very unprofessional and slow, so I cannot recommend.

The company provided double glazed windows for a refurbed property that I own with a friend. Some of the main panels blew after only five years. I need an estimate for replacement to be able to submit an insurance claim as the windows are still under warranty. Numerous phone calls and two emails with accompanying photographs have produced nothing. Hopeless.
