I returned to Lexus Solihull today with a few queries about the car I bought in February and book in for a problem with my petrol cap . Fiona proved to extremely helpful.I had some queries with regard to some of the functions I had never got to grips with on my car.Fiona was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic, answering all of my questions, and providing solutions to the problems I had encountered. She is an obvious expert on all matters to do with Lexus. More importantly, she managed to answer all of my queries without making me feel inadequate. First class service!

After driving from wales we we’re very disappointed with Lexus Solihull not the usual Lexus standard of service so after being put through a pressure sale we decided that we weren’t going to spend £27000 with these tactics of a sale . I really think that Lexus as a group shouldn’t let this happen at any branch , but we didn’t let a poor sales manager put us of as we have been with Lexus for 15 years and love there outstanding service and more importantly there cars we moved on to Banbury Lexus and what a difference this was an outstanding site with the great customer service we have had over the years we sealed a deal that day and are waiting for delivery of are new LexusSo Solihull Lexus there is a lesson to be learnt !!! are next stop is to speak directly to the Lexus customer service.
