Hand Car Wash at Morrison’s Fishponds

I took my car for a valet at Hand Car Wash at Morrison's Fishponds.I was going to sell my car, but now I am definitely going to keep it. I could not recognise my own car. It looked brand new.Very friendly and hardworking staff. Amazing and quick service.My paintwork was gleaming and my interior was shampooed and smelling fresh.The state of my car before the valet:I used my car to take renovation waste to the recycling centre for 2 years. It was filthy inside with rubble ingrained into the carpets. The outside was full of moss and the paint was discoloured. There were small plants growing out of the soil that was collected in the car gutters.I really looked stunning after the valet.Thank you.

Had my van cleaned and am very pleased with it. It is slightly more expensive than others but definitely worth it as they did such a thorough job. Will definitely use again.

AWFUL!!!!! Paid £45 for a clean of my work van which was in a bad way, HOWEVER, that’s why I paid £45 and it was terrible… it came back just as dirty but puddles of water in the footwells. They didn’t even bother to wipe the sides. Do not go to this place, waste of money!!!!

Worst service. They've charge me platinum amount (30 pounds) they haven't even done the gold level service (no hand polish, no windscreen fluid top up nothing). When I asked them they just told me they don't know english and this all they can do. Please don't go there.

My car is 22 years old and it smelt like it was 22 years old.It was a different car when I got it back, smelt and looked good.Brilliant service

Unfriendly staff. Tried to get more money by claiming my interior was too dirty. Ended up vacuuming and polishing my own interior at home. Only took me 15 minutes.Hard to find a good service ethic these days.
