Regency Taxis

I used 2 taxis that weekend and both drivers were so friendly and polite .great service and helpful as I'm not from the area ..

Absolute rip off £16 to travel back from Blakedown to Pedmore when we only paid £8:00 to get to Blakedown from Stourbridge with ABM taxis.We were told it was£10 for the taxi to come from Kiddy then £6:00 to get to Pedmore.Will never use them again.

First time using you impressed with the driver who offered to wait till I was inside.

Very good service. Nice drivers, clean cabs, always came on time.

Always have their number close by incase of an emergency with public transport. They haven't let me down yet.

I pre booked a taxi for 9am.After waiting for over ten mins i rang the company and i was told he was on the way.Still no sign, 25 minutes late !!!!No apology off the driver and i will never use this company again.

On time driver was chatty and reasonably priced. They text to say he was 10 mins away and there was a map to track it too

DO NOT RELY ON REGENCYThe last two times I’ve used Regency, I ordered well in advance, it was considerably late, I called & they said he’ll be with me shortly. No sign so I called back & she said “he arrived & you said you didn’t order a taxi” (surely you realise you’re speaking to the wrong person then!!!)Today I called, the tracker said he was 3 minutes away for 15 minutes straight, he was literally around the corner going up and down the road, I tried to use the “Call driver option”, it directs you to the main office (not the driver) she couldn’t help , I asked if she can call the driver, she said they can’t (what’s the point then???) so I walked down the street looking for him. Then they charged me extra for “wait time”AVOID IF POSSIBLE. WOEFUL.

Friendly drivers. Clean cars but office either too busy or woefully unreliable. Think they must be changing / taking bookings with post it notes. Waited for over 25 mins for two out of three journeys. Despite giving them my phone number three times they still called the person who originally booked the cars for me. Plus I've now had a text today saying a car is arriving so who's that is, I don't know as I'm back home in Essex! Frustrating as could be a good service.
