I’ve had Energy Healing and Reiki from Sharon a few times now and each time it’s made a huge difference to my own energy levels. I’ve had Long Covid for 20 months and at different times I’ve really struggled with fatigue, insomnia, joint pain, headaches and a few other symptoms. The treatments I’ve had from Sharon have always made me feel so much better. I experienced a serious injury to my arm a number of years ago resulting in it requiring fixation with a metal plate. Over the years I have suffered quite a bit of pain with this. Then someone recommended Sharon at Troon Therapies for refexology. I decided to give it a go and found after each treatment my arm felt less painful and I had more freedom of movement.
