Excellent service from first contact on phone. Amazing service really helpful and polite will use a lot more knowing they can help with extra parts which are not on there website. As I have given up trying to contact my local Bristol VW as they cannot answer the phone and have to drive to other side of Bristol to order parts then Drive back there to collect when in stock.

Super genuine parts for Passat B5, they have stock of parts, what you can't get anywhere in brexitain anymore. Bought few things already. I'm just checking their page once a few days to see what's new, not really looking anything particularly, found few things what I'd like to have genuine brand new in my old B5, as is in perfect condition and deserves genuine parts.
