I bought a ps5 for my nephew, controla was clicking (brand new controla)Took it back to the shop, they told me there's nothing they can do and that the guarantee is with Sony not themStill chasing up the issue with no luck

I visited the ee shop as my phone had totally broke I have type 1 diabetes and couldn't use it to scan my sensor and all the staff went above and beyond to makesure I had a phone that day couldn't tell you how helpful and understanding they were credit to all the staff absolutely amazing im so happy can't put it into words how helpful and friendly they were I definitely 100% recommended this EE shop thank you to all the staff that work there literally life savers if it wasn't for them I would probably be sat in hospital now extremely poorly cheers guys hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year lots of love Adam and the family

Staff are really helpful, can be very busy at times

I made an appointment. Was seen immediately. Although it took 1½ hours to solve my problem the staff were so very understanding of my lack of knowledge..my age says it all...a lass born in the 1940's ....finally got my phone working again...Thankyou.Just wish EE hadn't closed their shop in Cheadle as it is difficult to park now in Stockport. Everything needs an APP and too difficult.

I wouldn't buy a phone contract from here. Not because of the company itself, but because of the staff. They couldn't have been less interested if they tried.I went to 3 and we were greeted nicely and we came away with a great phone and contract.

Phoned to ask about a phone repair. Nobody answers, just an answer machine that takes you around in circles then hangs up on you. The human in the shop was helpful though

Really helpful staff & enough staff so that you weren't waiting for ages before someone could help. Good balance of knowledgeable staff to footfall requirements
