The chocolates here are exquisite. They are perfect in the sense that they are not overly sweet and are balanced with its texture. I am always super excited to gift these to friends as well. Today I picked up the purity collection and two brownies for a thank you gift!

Great artisanal/handcrafted chocolates. The founder is so passionate about chocolate making and can explain the origins of all the chocolates she makes. Highly recommend.

Bought some chocolate covered hazelnuts here but was disappointed with them. At £16.50 for 350g I was expecting something special but these are just very ordinary indeed. I appreciate good quality chocolates and am willing to pay for something special, but will not be returning here

Truly delectable. I've eaten a lot of chocolate in my life but this is truly something special. I love that each box of chocolates takes you around the world; they showcase rare chocolates from hard-to-source regions and you can really taste the difference in quality. As a massive foodie, it's such a touch to come away from it feeling like you've learnt something new, introduced to new flavour profiles; and it's also extremely commendable that they're one of the handful of chocolatiers whose mission is to protect the chocolate producers and farmers. I was so impressed that I sent a box to all my family members. I don't normally write on google reviews but highly recommend so had to!

What to know about the provenance of the cocoa used in your special hot chocolate? Then this is the place. A variety of unique blends and single origin cocoas from which to choose. Unctuous artisan hot chocolate and marshmallow.

I don't think I have ever tasted chocolate quite like it and it was a real eyeopener hearing all about the provenance of the cocoa beans used. The shop itself is beautiful, the team super friendly and the prices very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful shop. When I went in, I was explained exactly how the chocolates were made. I learnt so much about what happens “behind closed doors” in the chocolate industry and it’s fabulous that Cartografie are opening up our eyes about it. The art that goes into chocolate making is incredible. I loved the packaging as well. Very luxurious. Thank you for your hospitality and can’t wait to try the valentines box!

After an intial misunderstanding i have to say the customer service from this company was excellent, thank you Kate for saving the day with my order for a birthday gift, my daughter-in-law will be delighted!
