Hawkesley Medical Practice
Fantastic surgery. Local to pharmacys and bus routes. Free car park. They really do try to help out in any way they can. All staff are outstanding, Dr Drever is fantastic, kind and always listens. A big thank you to Luke in administration, always goes above and beyond his job. So friendly and caring. All round it is a great surgery to be a part of. Thank you to all. Would highly recommend to everyone

Hawkesley Medical Practice
Really like this surgery, all the staff are so polite and helpful. Really like my own GP and any of the others I have seen when mine is booked up, only reservation is the appointment system, it can be really hard to get a same day appointment and as an asthmatic, when I get a chest infection I need an doctor ASAP, I’m not silly I know when I need to get it done and I know when I can hold on, this system really needs looking at, but other than that I wouldn’t change a thing

Hawkesley Medical Practice is a lovely clean practice the reception staff are friendly,polite and helpful always trying to assist in these difficult times where appointments are few and far between . Hawkesley Medical Practice
I always treat the staff at Hawkesley with respect when ringing up. It sometimes takes a little effort to get through but when I do, they’ve been there for me, advising and coping with whatever concerns I have and always with the respect I’ve shown them. Any phone calls back from my doctor have been on time and all I could hope for in terms of treatment, advice, empathy and general overall interest. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. I’ve been with them for decades. Although I’m fortunate with my health and don’t bother anyone very often, I shall be very happy when face to face appointments are back again.

Never can get an appointment with this surgery. I only ever ATTEMPT to get an appointment when I'm exceptionally ill, but alas I never can.Due to the poor appointment booking system you'll have better chance going to a walk in centre.

Phoning all morning for an appointment, before the practice was even open and phones engaged until 9.20. Then put on hold, then told no appointments available call tomorrow to book another. Why can't I book an appointment now, my daughter is sick? You can't that's just the way we do it, you'll have to phone tomorrow. Will I get an appointment tomorrow? I dont know, just try. WOW!! Great appointment system guys, true genius. Probably preoccupied giving out methadone down here.

Thank you to the receptionists who assisted me today. I had been trying to get my COVID pass on the NHS app but failed abysmally each time. After the 5th attempt I gave up. I popped into the surgery and asked if I could have a print off of my immunisations, within 5mins I'd been given all the info I required to travel abroad. Once again thank you for the pleasant and prompt response.

Lovely clean spacious waiting room. Receptionist polite and helpful and most doctors thorough. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment but from experience that's true of must surgeries. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Dr Drever and team are amazingThe medics have supported me throughout my illness and during the pandemic. The receptionist are responsive and go above and beyond to find suitable appointments. They care .The doctors listen to you they are kind caring and compassionate , empathy is always demonstrated . I find the medics accessible which is excellent. Conversations are never rushed and referrals are made in a timely.manner..I can't fault the exceptional care that I have received throughout.Special thank you to Dr DreverI am lucky to have a fabulous G P team
