Set up a meeting for 1pm after taking the afternoon off work to be told the meeting couldn’t take place as the person representing me was now busy. No phone call to let me know in advance and a waste of time and afternoon off. 4 phone calls with message to solicitor to return my phone call to talk about my case, with no response after 1 month.!! Absolutely shocking behaviour, avoid at all costs!!

Arranged a meeting to which they couldn't attend due to double booking so I accepted a phone call in its place to prep them on the situation and have them ready for court and when I actually neededed them they told me they can't represent me as they have given legal advice to my ex which is double jeopardy. My whole experience of them poor at best and they obviously lack the basic competence to make bookings let alone give legal advice. Now I'm left to find legal advice with 4 days before my hearing. I wouldn't use them or reccomend them to anyone

Just a shocking company when i paid them £1000 they said they would help then after 5 weeks nothing ? would not see me and would not help anymore rude and kept 600 for the pleasure or 1 email absolutely gutted i waisted my time with them i would not recommend them to anyone just use someone else

Applied for vacancy with this Company and was informed that a phone interview would follow(by an agent before selection by way of formal interview). I was informed that my CV was impressive ! thus my selection. Despite informing the selection agent to contact me on my landline he failed to do so! and thereafter failed to provide any feedback re my suitability ? I foolishly reapplied for same vacancy in a different branch and despite feedback (perfect match and very impressive CV ) was not selected! I can only assume that my age played a major factor in their consideration as without feedback this is the only conclusion I can make.

We have been fortunate enough to have Michael Hurford acting as my daughter’s solicitor.. Andrew Tinney was amazing from start to finish and at very short notice . My barrister was outstanding and if it wasn’t for him things would have been so much worse in court .
