I recently had a reflexology treatment at Paula's therapy room in Aigburth. Her treatment room was spotlessly clean, which created a calming atmosphere.Paula is very approachable and warm and I felt very comfortable around her. The treatment itself was so relaxing and felt wonderful. It's clear that Paula knows her stuff and is very good at what she does. After the treatment, I was given some aftercare information with recommendations on what I can do to further improve my wellbeing.I'll definitely be booking in with Paula again and would not hesitate to recommend her services.

My daughter has recently taken an interest in natural holistic therapy. Having had a reflexology session with Paul she was full of praise for the experience & encouraged me to book a session. Lovely welcome from Paula. Made to feel very relaxed and at ease. Explained fully what the treatment involved and what would be happening at each stage. Great treatment room, well heated which was greatly appreciated as a very cold day when I attended for reflexology. Gave some follow up advice and recommended little lifestyle tweeks for my better health and wellbeing.

This was my second visit for a luxury facial. Everything including the room was perfect but the treatment as before didn’t disappoint. Paula is committed and dedicated and it shows in how she delivers a treatment. I felt totally relaxed and nurtured. I won’t leave it so long so I’ve booked in again. You truly have an angel’s touch. Paula is so lovely and welcoming and my treatment was amazing. I had the head to toe facial reflexology and foot reflexology. One thing I struggle with is to get in the zone and fully relax but I actually fell asleep in this treatment it was that amazing!!

I had reflexology with Paula who is a lovely lady but most importantly the treatment was great.She could tell from my feet the ailments I’d been suffering with in my right knee, back, stomach and other places.Which I hadn’t disclosed before the appointment! - I thought she was psychic, but the nerves on the soles of my feet revealed all this to her…crazy.It was so relaxing I dozed off.Paula provided an aftercare plan to follow to help me moving forward.Thank you for my treatment! x

Once again a lovely welcome from Paula who would be carrying out a clinical reflexology in her warm and comfortable treatment room.I felt so relaxed in the warm room and comfortable treatment bed with a cosy throw over me.I felt myself relaxing as Paula did her magic and I was surrounded by relaxing music.Im aware of the releasing of some of my issues which was supported by me feeling a little bit weepy. I had the most rewarding sleep that night and felt recharged in the morning.I cant wait for my next appointment in 2 weeks time.Thank you Paula for the follow up advice and and explaining my emontions. I've had swollen legs for quite a while and never thought they would get any better. My friend suggested I try Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist for some lymphatic drainage treatment. I'm so glad I did! I've only had one treatment so far but the difference is amazing. Paula is very professional and explains what she's doing and why.
