Perfect Touch

Would NOT recommend. I now have patches on my eyebrows due to them carrying the brow lamination incorrectly. Had my nails done and some came off the next day and they cancelled the appointment they set to fix them. When I first exposed the issue of my eyebrows being nearly bald I did not receive apologies. I literally had to point out that apologies would be professional and only after they threw out a fake apology. LOL. Keep your brows and nails safe and go elsewhere ! You’re dealing with incompetent and unprofessional people here. Not to mention them talking about the drama they have in their salon, I got told by them that a worker was taking clients numbers to take their business lol. You better actually make sure you treat your clients with dignity otherwise you will lose clients anyways by them realizing how Unprofessionally and poorly this salon operates … just negative energy overall…

My experience at perfect touch was lovely, the woman doing my nails was very chatty and nice, she was talking to other ladies but always made sure to involve me in the conversation. My nails ended up looking beautiful and all my friends loved the Christmassy look of red and gold. I didn’t catch her name, but make sure to thank her for me, she’s 20 and very sweet. I got my nails done during a very low point and just needed that boost of confidence to feel like myself again and that certainly is what I got! Prices were affordable also x

Great for tanning! Get in very fast. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. That standing tanning rooms are quite good and after a few 6 minute tans I can tell the difference. Max is 12 minute tans but I font want to burn. Price is vet affordable also.

Don’t get your nails done by poppy here, go to Brandon nail bar or nails by Sophie. The nail art poppy done was embarrassing, she did one black flame as thin lines and the other nails dodgy. People asked where I got them done so

Love perfect touch. Amy and Poppy are always so professional and friendly. Always brilliant service perfectly priced. I always leave pleased. Nails,lashes,eyebrows and tanning this is the place to go.

Can't fault the service or the work. Fantastic eyebrow tint and wax, daughter had eyelashes tinted too. Manicure heaven and waxing marvellous.Quick update: I'm so pleased that lockdown is over and have been to have my eyebrows tamed. Decided to treat myself to an eyelash perm recommended by my daughter and am stunned. I didn't realise that my lashes could look this good. Another reason for visiting.
