Full 5 stars from me - used them 4 times now and they are really quick , efficient and helpful. I had an issue with my glasses (my fault), and they were brilliant in addressing my concerns, invited me back for more testing and really reassured me. and top quality service, thank you team...

Always quick and efficient. The staff is really nice and helpful (and they have astonishingly good memory. They're also relatively cheap and the staff always explains discounts and vouchers so you can pay the least amount of money possible.

For the past two years now, the frame of my glasses has come apart with the screws either getting lots . You would expect an expensive Ralph luaren glasses would at least last until ones next eye test. Today I’m going to be late for work because I have get them fixed AGAIN!

So I came in with broken glasses for my disabled mom. The woman said yes they can fix it come back in a few days. So I did, she then told me she couldn’t fix it and needs to go to the factory. I asked how long that would take she said 10 days. Yet again I reiterated my telephone number and said I’ll be back. After 2 weeks no call I go in to be told that “oh it needs to be sent off to the factory it’ll take 10 days” I thought hang on….. we had this conversation 2 weeks ago I said why didn’t you call me? She replied yes I have your number…. Then another lady said oh as they are not originally from us we can’t fix them? WTH is wrong with these people? Unprofessional and incompetent will never go here again or recommend them. If she had called me I could arranged a new eye test and get her new glasses. 4 weeks later and she has two falls thank you scrivens! I hope you get treated the same way you treated my mother!
