I had extensions done and they matted into my hair, the hair was so dry and poor quality. After 2 weeks I have had these removed and the glue was all matted into my hair I had to go to another salon to get the glue out my hair which cost me extra on top. I thought I was going to have to shave my hair off. I honestly thought the experience was unprofessional when she complained the whole time about having a hangover. And then didn't order enough hair and left me with half a head of hair for an entire week whilst kept ignoring me when I messaged everyday to ask if the hair had arrived.
