Very disappointing. I ordered 4mm circular knitting needle and received a 12mm one instead. Messaged through Amazon and directly through their website and left a message on telephone. No one has had the courtesy to respond. Item returned and hoping I get a refund.

Terrible customer service. They have taken my money for an order placed 8 weeks ago and I have only received 1 out of 6 items. I received an email reply after I complained asking me to check my address. I did this and found I had written my address correctly. I have since emailed 2 more times and have been completely ignored. Phone number does not work. Will never purchase from them again.

Useless, every order dispatched late or placed on backorder as they never seem to have enough stock, don't bother to tell you when its on back order or out of stock, we've constantly been left hanging with every order placed recently. No timed delivery options available i.e. pre 12 o'clock etc. I understand that the past 12 months has been difficult for all but the way that they have dealt with it and in turn dealt with us as a customer has been a shambles.

Couldn’t give them less then 1 star.It been 14 days and there is no trace of my order. Glitch in their website which outputs incorrect addresses.All fake reviews about them here and one who has given them negative feedback is around this delivery issue. So I am not the only one.Not sure how they are surviving in this competitive world with this kind of service.

I've tried to reach them many times but no response at all! It's been 3 weeks and wanted to start refund process because the product's color on their web site was not the same what they've sent me! I wanted to order navy blue, they sent me green! I had orders to finish and dispatch so had to find it from Wilko! I just want a refund that's all! Really dissapointing! Not gonna order from there again!

I ordered some items three weeks ago and still have not received them. My address was incomplete on their invoice though I had given my complete address. I have asked for a refund as I have had to purchase the items elsewhere. This was promised a couple days ago but have not received this either. Ridiculously inefficient customer service. I will not make the mistake a second time by purchasing anything from this company. Wish I could have given zero stars!

Needed my thread urgently for my girlfriends birthday so they upgraded it to DPD for me and it arrived next morning. Very helpful staff and great shop too!
