The Amazing Chocolate Workshop
Ordered a chocolate toolset on my mums behalf for my dad. The transaction unfortunately failed for reasons were not sure on. The money still came out of her account anyway. Is the product ordered or not? I have no confirmation email, so no way of checking. If no, then she would really appreciate a refund because almost £30 is a lot of money to waste. Also this is the only way I can find to contact you. How do you not have a business email?

Such a fast response to my order,and the items look really great!A couple of the items were broken - due to rough handling by the courier I suspect, the packaging was very adequate.Replacement items are being sent out express delivery, what great service!!Thank you Claire and the team, I be ordering more from you!

Absolutely amazing customer service, I placed an order which was due for delivery with evri. Due to the issues with postal strikes they had my parcel for several days, I contacted customer service and they sent another parcel via yodel in 24 hours. Amazing product exactly as pictured and delicious. Will definitely order again.

Excellent product and sent out very quickly. However Yodel completely ignored the delivery instructions and left the package in a wet and exposed location, then rang me to tell me! I asked why they didn't put them under cover where I had requested, and was told don't read the delivery notes" Appalling carriers."

Fantastic service all round. The items were delivered the next day and in perfect condition. The chocolates looked amazing in the gift box and it made a 94th birthday very special. I would 100% recommend buying from this company.

Brilliant place to order from, The chocolate looks amazing, had a slight problem with some chocolate being broken which wasn’t their fault as it was packaged very well, probably just got damaged during delivery. After I got in contact they responded very very quickly and sent replacements for the broken chocolate which I received the next day, and even let me keep the previous ones which I did have a taste of and omg delicious!! will definitely be ordering from here again. Thankyou very much! very happy customer!
