I got my whippets Birthday present from here. I was unsure which products to get so asked for some advice. The guys who own this are so helpful and you can tell they love what they do. I opted for the mystery box. Ordering from the website was easy and straightforward and my order arrived very quickly. I was really pleased when I opened it. Such a lovely selection of products, but not as pleased as my dog was!! Everything in it was perfect for her from the toy selection to the treats. Will definitely be using them again and making regular purchase of the fab natural treats for my dogs. Thank you so much for a great service.

Amazing little shop, we started buying here after our dog had a sensitive stomach and we found that the treats being all natural were perfect for our dog. We took our dog to the shop and she chose out of a fab selection of toys that are her favourite ones.The customer service has been great and the two chaps that run the shop are so helpful and knowledgeable. We will be returning and we would recommend it to anyone wanting well priced boutique products. Thank you!

I have absolutely loved the products I've got from The Pet Box and so has my cat! The mystery boxes are worth every penny and all of the products have been of fantastic quality. Would highly recommend this store to anybody and the owner was super helpful when I looking for advice on what is best for my pet. 10/10

Such a fantastic little shop, has everything you need for all pets, big and small. They also kindly offered to get products ordered in for me in bulk size and specialist produce. Also in a lovely location, absolutely worth a little drive through the country side!

Popped in on opening day and was created with a warm welcome and some very knowledgeable nutritional advice for my Border Terrier. Great service and products, and a happy pup with her treats and a new toy!

My mum and I went in to the new Pet Box Shop in Kintbury today and were both really impressed. The staff were so friendly and they have some lovely dog toys in stock which our little dog will love. I wish them both every success with this shop.

Adam is amazing! Loads of knowledge about nutrition and pet care. Beautiful shop in Kintbury with loads of natural treats that my dog adores! Nice that they have duck food to use at the local canals

My absolute favourite pet store! Not only are the products and boxes fab, brilliantly presented and competitively priced, the service is excellent. Really makes a difference when people believe in their products and love their customers…esp the furry ones! Five stars.
