Over all good service, I was contacted in time and explained whats going on.Though they were unable to fix the problem as apple wanted the product to be sent in for further testing.

Best place in Leeds - They were so quick and helpful. You can even track how far along the fixing process they are and pay online. Would 100% recommend for anyone needing apple products repaired. At least 20% cheaper to get my macbook screen replaced than other places. Thank you!

Thought my Mac had died forever. The service from beginning to end was superb. Brilliant face to face service, quick, kind, informative and had my MacBook Pro fixed within 24 hours. Will use this company again and again as has been better service than I've ever received from Apple Stores. Fab stuff.

I was having trouble with my I phone Battery so I booked an appointment with clockwork. Left my phone and following diagnostics I had a new battery fitted. Very efficient service and very knowledgeable staff. Thank you clockwork would def use you guys again!

I've taken my iMac here for an SSD upgrade and more recently I've had a MacBook Pro inspected for water damage and both times the service has been excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the turnaround time is very quick. They're also very honest about pricing, they actually volunteered to reduce the cost of the job as the price of the components had come down since they had originally quoted me - you don't get that sort of honesty very often these days! Well done guys, top work.

Had two repairs on my MacBook Pro done here and on both occasions (a year or so apart) they gave me my MacBook back with a screw missing in the base. Simply not good enough.Also, I know their speciality is fixing things, but they could work on their customer service. Not many smiles, sorry and/or thank you going around.I will be using Apple directly in the future.

I've known and used Clockwork for over 15 years. Both in a professional capacity for business and also personally. I've always had a top notch professional service from them. I recently smashed the screen on my iPhone whilst out on a run, between making contact to having the repaired unit back in my hand was only 3 hours. Amazing communication and customer service. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the repair to my iPhone 12. They helped with warranty and fitted genuine Apple parts. I left the phone with them for a couple of hours. Free parking outside.

My 10yr old iMac was completely unresponsive after trying to do a software update on it. Having had no luck with the people at Apple Support over the phone I took it in to Clockwork Creative. Within 24hrs they had diagnosed the problem - it needed a software repair (priced at just £29). They also suggested a larger HDD (priced at £159 inc. the software repair) as my mac had very little space. Considering the age of the mac I wasn't sure what was best but Oliver was more than happy to answer my questions and spend time discussing the options with me. All the staff were positive, happy to help, weren't pushy from a sales point of view and communicated well throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
