Throughly enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely choose this over travel lodge

Absolutely appalling service. I am a victim of abuse. I have been requesting my subject access reports for 4 months.When I try to call a local number ( West Sussex) for the police, I am held in a queue for an hour .I will need to complain nationally.

I had an absolutely fantastic time here!Someone must have booked me in for a early birthday surprise as when I got off the plane in the UK two of their employees were already waiting eagerly there to meet me!They walked me right through the airport to keep me company & even carried my suitcase for me!We headed to the car and they drove me to my destination.On arrival I was greeted by the head chef at the reception desk, he took some details then made me an absolutely wonderful cup of tea accompanied by a full English breakfast (with room service!).After this I was offered a wide range of literature to keep me busy during my stay. I opted for Jon Robbins' - Guilty Until Proven Innocent (5/5 but that's another story!).I was then given some spare clothes and a few cosy fleece blankets to keep me tucked up in bed for the night, the bed was insane! My pillow was genuinely as thick as my mattress, now you don't get that at Premier Inn!After a great night's rest & relaxation I arose feeling completely refreshed. I was visited by one of the chamber maids who offered me a delightful selection of breakfast including but not limited to, cereal & milk, yoghurt & a biscuit & even another all day breakfast.I'd enjoyed the last so much, I just had to dive right back in. Sausage, beans, mushroom, potato, mmmm mmmm!After enjoying my delicious morning snack I sat calmly sipping my tea, reflecting on my stay at CPS.I even debated having another night or two there, sadly I had important matters to take care of this morning, or I would of loved to have stayed!So alas my time to depart had arrived, after exchanging some pleasantries and jokes with the chaps working that morning, my transportation had also.I was under the impression I'd be getting a bus back home Wales, but boy was I wrong!The staff here at CPS went so far as to arrange me my own personal CPS bus, fully equipped with chauffer and au pair, I must say the almost half a day it took to get to Llanelli seemed more like 30 minutes, we laughed and joked, drunk water & ate sandwiches.The only time I wasn't having a ball was during my frequent naps!I arrived at Llanelli Magistrates hotel and after saying our goodbyes, was escorted off the CPS bus and into my new temporary accommodation, holding back the tears I thanked everyone involved for making my time there so wonderful.I promised a review, here it is!Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I can't promise I'll be back due to personal circumstances, but if I ever spend the night in the vicinity of CPS in the future, I sure do hope I'll be able to stay again, would really like to try the chicken curry next time, it smelled great!All of this for just £375 & court costs.Keep up the good work guys, it's a 10/10 from me.Tom A

Really tried to get the desk staff to listen to the truth when the offspring of a friend of my late husband who I was helping made lies up about me and a person that I counselled copied theirs to cover up for his wrong doing s I think that they thought I was a mentally ill person just for trying to make a true statement Why do these desk staff not actually listen to the truth.

Friendly helpful service.

Outdated interior and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Food wasn’t up to standard. Hopefully won’t be staying here again

Built in early 1990 three floors and underground carpark, home to West Sussex custody centre.

Corrupt, incompetent and totally unfit for purpose. Crawley police demonstrate a classic example of why public trust in the police has diminished so badly?!

if you ask the front desk about a Bill Sommerset the nearest officer has to give you a belly rub by law

Bit poor really. Opening hours are different from other stations. So you may turn up and it's shut. Given its proximity to a big town it would be good if front counter was open to reflect this. Perhaps 0600-midnight to reflect this.That being said you can't just pull up and pop in as there is no easy access.Front counter staff can be a bit abrupt and never at the desk so you feel it's an convenience having to buzz them to the counter and the look you get you feel your interupting them.Good do with a better service really
