Not recommended. Their technology is very outdated which makes it almost impossible to communicate with the effectively.I felt invoices for work was inflated and called them out on it and they reduced my billings which clearly means they try their luck. I wouldn't recommend them and can't wait to never have to use their system again.

Starting my Company I looked for a logistic company to store, pack & send out my products, thankfully I came across Minatus. Professional, good client communication, up dated logistics information sent out regularly. So .Products don't get stuck at shipment because you didn't know the new export, import rules. Very good client web portal enabling you to have access to all the facets of logistics ready at hand making outbound, inbound shipments easy.

Minatus is a great place to store your goods. Excellent customer service, friendly, always quick to respond and extremely helpful. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and how they have helped us with labelling, storage, sending items into Amazon, and receiving shipments from China.I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience. If you need storage this is the place for your goods. Dry, climate control, and exceptional service.
