We are very disappointed, we have contacted them 2 times now as one of our tiles is hanging on and is close to falling off any second and we are very worried for the safety of our surroundings. Very bad experience, I really don't recommend this company

Got my roof done I have no problem with it so far but have left my new guttering leaking. Have phoned emailed man came out but has made it worse. After care very poor.

We recently had our roof done by Lomond, they did an excellent job of the roof itself and no complaints there.Everything else surrounding the job is a nightmare.The work did not begin untill 2 days later than we were told. (Meant to start 12/6 began 14/6)The skip was left lying outside our house for almost 2 weeks after the work was complete. (Picked up 7th of July)When the scaffolding was removed they left an absolute mess, nails were scattered all across my driveway, back garden and public path outside. I had to sweep all this up myself.Materials left not just in my garden but on the roof of my next door neighbor's conservatory. Today (16th of July) a large plywood sheet that we hadn't noticed came flying of that due to the wind and landed in our garden. Thankfully our dog was inside and we do not have children as that could have caused a serious injury.No padding or fall protection was used on the scaffolding until the day before their health and safety inspector was meant to be there. The lack of padding did not bother us as I said above we have no children but if we did this would have been unacceptable as a child could hurt them self running into the scaffold.The workers were not provided with ladders at the back of the house and we're only installed at the front at the same time as the fall protection and padding for scaffolding. I have no idea how they got themselves and the materials up there and honestly don't want to know.We were meant to be getting roughcasting with them but that will definitely not be happening now.As I said the job on the roof was well done but for all the reasons above I would not recommend them for any work you need done on your home. Especially if you have children and in any way care about their safety.

Absolutely appauling business. Avoid at all costs.I had the misfortune of being taken in by their very convincing salesman - probably the only part that well done from this job. The project manager had shocking communication skills - jobs were cancelled without informing me, people were trying to deliver things for the cancelled jobs etc. The project was delayed numerous times (I was told it would be pushed back 24 hours for a week straight. They were finishing another job that they promised would be finished the next day, then the next and so on. I soon found out why...). The roofers were openly smoking cannabis on and around my property, they damaged my garden fence, left debris everywhere, didn't attempt to clean up and took 7 days for a job that they said would take 3. I loged a complaint with Lomond about all of this which they have competely ignored. For your own sake - avoid this company.

Still awaiting a response from complaint about works carried out in February. And experiencing leaks. Would give zero if I could.

Regret using so much! First they forgot to do my gutters. Second fitted gutters very badly, leaks everywhere. Second attempt just as bad. Been waiting three weeks for them to try again, was meant to come today, never showed . Been told I have to wait a week now even though there's a hole in a roof, can literally see the underlay from the side of the roof. More leaks now than before we got it done. Please do not use! My elderly, vulnerable gran has been trying to report a worsening warranty issue for repair for months now. Fobbed off numerous times and months later nobody has returned phone calls despite her roof leaking into her bathroom now. I’ve called 5 times, been fobbed off twice and now receiving no answer. I’ve phoned, emailed, contacted on social media and left voicemails on their emergency repair number. Still no response. Now having to report to trading standards. Avoid this company! Total breach of terms of sale despite being told about my elderly gran / the severity of her issue.

They do NOT listen to what you want done even tho your the costumer and it’s your property, they leave some old mouldy wood so the job don’t last long and you’ll have to get someone in to do it again which costs you more as the roof will need to be done again! You speak to their management team and all you get is rudeness and sighing down the phone then they proceed to tell you they have been running for 15 years which has nothing to do with the customer! I am disgusted with the job, they say they’re coming to do the job and don’t turn up but turn up days later, don’t ask them to do the job you’ll regret it! Nearly 13,000.00 for a botched job! Nice!!!

We had our roof installed a few years back due to water coming through. After a few months of the new roof being fitted we noticed some more damp patches and staining on our ceiling. Lomond attended and told us it was our chimney and basically said they could sort it off record and we paid the roofer direct with cash to block up the chimney, this however doesn't stop the stains coming back so Lomond come out for a second visit and insists it's not the roof and it's our render work outside, we get some minor repairs done and decorate the bedroom again. A year later we start doing some work in the loft and we notice a lot of water pooring in on the corner with some rain and we phone Lomond out for a 3rd time. Eventually we have a roofer go up and straight away say it's our leadwork and fixes the problem, probably the initial problem from the start.We are now at the stage where we have paid over the odds for a new roof, paid to decorate 3 times and paid for render repair work and now at the point where we are chasing some sort of compensation. This however is proving very difficult. It's been over a year of phonecalls being told we'd have someone call us back, I've mentioned we've been waiting a long time and I just get told that it's being put to a manager.Absolutely shocking customer service now they have our money
