Asda Kirkstall Supermarket

Very poor customer service.I drove past the Asda on Kirkstall Road and decided to do some food shopping. I paid at self-checkout. A couple of cucumbers haven't got barcode stickers on , and I couldn't find them under the list of Vegetables" on their system. A female staff member was leaning on the customer service counter with both hands in her pockets

Kind staff members. A decent selection of products despite being a smaller store. Good value for money.

Good enough core range of food and drink, including a pizza counter. Drinks selection pretty good, although could improve their alcohol free range. Staff are mainly good, only had one bad experience but probably just an off day for the staff member concerned. Decent value, convenient and probably has what you need if you can't be bothered to go to a big supermarket.

It’s a nice place, one can get almost everything there for their grocery shopping and household items. Loads of variety, fresh stuff is available.

Nice medium sized Asda store, often busy with students. Staff i've jnteracted with have all been helpful and pleasant. Good place to stop off at to pick up specific items that Aldi doesn't stock just down the road.Good selection of Non-alcoholic beer/cider which is what I often what I visit for.Plenty of parking available, with a bus stop right outside if you need a ride closer to home with your shopping.

Supermarket, rather than the bigger superstore, but well stocked. Helpful staff. Unfortunately no toilets but Starbucks is nearby and they have there

For an ASDA its not a supermarket, very small variety of products compared to other stores. However, stuff is very helpful.Recommend it for fast item grabs.

Very poor customer service.I went here 3 times to buy baby milk recently, today the staff told me only 1 customer buy 2 bottles. Why they did not tell me last 2 times ? And other area Asda has no limited, only this asda today has limited. If your store has this rule ， please leave a note on the shelves to remind customers , in this way I will not feel racist.

Self serve checkouts only anx nobody in attendance when they go wrong!

It okay when the boss is around but when it that women and old man who thinks he runs runs the shows cuz of working there a long time , i went to go get milk than i realised that the till was playing up so i went to other one , started scaning all item but left one so when i was finished i took my staff and told that i have left that item there the guy just looked at me no didn't reply but yet he was doing nothing he i think he forgot that his just a worker not the owner so I had spoken to the the one who leads the show when I came in he was safe spoke like leader but that guy thought big of himself along with lady came to say :ya but you just need to leave it and go; i replied i just let him know not to torment him , only he had to do she show he that he knows but he showed stubborn attitude of just looking at me that's when team leader at the time came in and spoke well mannered and I belive they should like from hi, three star is for him and the minus is from them women and man.
