Extremely Poor response time, no communications back and staff not on point about understanding the requirements of how and where to direct calls. Terrible experience and a Macy’s negatively on clients business needs. Use a competitor!

Terrible service. Bad communication. Frequent errors (costly ones).Update: more mistakes, fabricated and unauthorised bills and threatening phone calls. Finally I had to threaten legal action for them to stop. Moving to another company. Shocking response from a supposedly big-15. The errors continue even after all this (incorrect tax return filed, missed deadlines etc). Avoid like the plague.
