Bellslea Hills Pet Hotel & Spa

Highly recommended!The Bellslea team were very professional and welcoming. Bailey had an intro session a few weeks before his stay and the team showed us the rooms and facilities.On the day of checking in, Bellslea team put us at ease and gave us the details for the webcam. Webcam works a treat and being 11000km away it was so good to be able to watch him and how he interacts with staff too. Also love the photos posted!A good indicator for us is how Bailey shows his feelings- and he definitely showed Bellslea staff love, in person and as witnessed on webcam. He can be a bit of a scaredy cat and we have seen a negative reaction at a previous dog kennel visit, but he was totally relaxed and happy at Bellslea.Highly recommended and we will be back.

My Labrador - Rocket - stayed at Bellslea Hills recently for a week, he has stayed here a number of times now as I know he will be thoroughly looked after. Being a high energy dog he has lots of space to run around and having the webcam in his room means I can have a peak to see how he is whenever I choose. The staff are great and very patient and no doubt he will be back again soon. Can definitely recommend.

Had my dog here for 8 nights at start august. When I looked at her on camera she looked miserable and was always barking. We are now a month out and she hasn’t been right since, lost her bark for 2 weeks, was so annxious she started pooing in the house and has been sick on and off since. Sickness has resulted in her now staying overnight at vets now in Kilmarnock on a drip and also IV antibiotics and anti sickness meds. I didn’t think the place was anything like a hotel, maybe my expectations were too high. It didn’t seem clean to me and had no grass area and my dog got no spa treatment (not that I’m bothered really but don’t advertise it as being part of the package). This is the first and last time I will ever put my dog in kennels. The walks are only around one big field, fine for a couple of days but 4 times a day for 8 days, to me is unvaried and boring. I wish I had researched more. Nice enough staff, one girl was very nice and did send photos but if your dog isn’t used to kennels I wouldn’t recommend here.

Our dogs love going here they always seem happy to go and bonus is you can see your dogs on Web cam so you can see they are OK.

Used Bellslea Hills twice for my dogs and I genuinely wouldn’t take them elsewhere! Never left my dogs anywhere before and was totally put at ease. Staff kept in contact with me and sent me pics and also post pics on their page for you to see! Dogs absolutely loved it and the facilities are amazing! Can tell staff go above and beyond! Will always use them again :)

My dogs are always so relaxed and happy when I collect them. One is on insulin injections twice daily and I have no worries about it when she is here. Excellent care, great team looking after the dogs, highly recommend them.

Left Logan for a few days with his wee pal Frankie as this was Logans 1st time at Kennels although I would say it was more like a doggy hotel. Plenty of updates of both dogs and they were relaxed and had plenty of playtime and interaction and other wee guests which they thoroughly enjoyed.The room they were in had a tv and webcam which i was aprehensive to use in case they were stressed and this turned out not to be the case.Both dogs had their grooming maintained which was appreciated.A lovely added extra was being kept up todate with photos playing outside with their new wee pals.Staff could not be anymore nicer, helpful and welcoming to both myself and doggys.Well done to all at Belleslea Hills will definitely use here again

Our puppies favourite place. Such a safe and secure place to let dogs run around and burn off some energy. We will definitely be regular visitors .
