Highly recommend this dentists. Had a lovely check up with Ted Romney ( Dentist ). Super scale and polish for me and was so good with my 2 kids age 2 and 4.ThanksNick

Had a wisdom tooth extraction. I was in and out within about 10 mins.Very friendly and helpful staff!

Very anxious patients; practice lost my details twice; receptionist just talked over the top of me, shouting at me & left me in tears; I had to take the rest of the day off work as so upset. I will be making a complaint about her terrible attitude & reporting a double data loss to the Information Commissioner.

The staff here are so helpful and always courteous. I'm so pleased we have a NHS dental surgery like this in our area. Thank you for your hard work - I don't think people realise how lucky we are to have you.

Ok so funding has been reduced with the NHS, I get it. It has not, however, resumed to times without use of local anaesthetic. I have noticed a reduction on level of care available to patients for a while. As a person who suffers from periodontal disease I’ve noticed. However, normally I have a deep clean under gums, which are numbed orally due to the sensitivity. The last time I visited though was an awful ordeal having this under taken by Amita without numbing. I nearly hit the ceiling. I had to sit in the chair and have the entire mouth done with reassuring comments whilst I was cleaned in a barbaric manner. This all felt like it was to ensure I never went back. After all I’m clearly a drain on the funding and paying in taxes doesn’t warrant modern humane practices. Suffice to say, I’m without a dentist, terrified of going back. Moral of the story, don’t assume you’ll get good care and insist on everything you’re entitled to. I’m off to the emergency dentist as I have a tooth infection. I was offered to go back here, I chose another dentist!!

If I could give zero stars I would staff are rude, disinterested and do not listen when you speak asked them to contact me directly instead and didn’t and somehow it’s my fault an appointment was missed. Be very cautious with these people.

Very happy with this practise . The service was really good staff were very nice and caring . The dentist was patient with me being anxious. The nurse was very supportive. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a wisdom tooth extraction. 10/10

I am writing this review as an NHS patient. They are the worst dental surgery i have experienced in my life. I am late 30's and lived all over England, experienced over 20 surgeries and this is by far the worst.This is an honest opinion and i cant comment for the private sector of the surgery.Even though i go to a private dentist now, i would still not use The Mount Dental Practise due to the poor service they offer to NHS patients.

Fantastic friendly team of people who have never let me down. Highly recommended.
