Great friendly helpful staff

We went in to get more information for our family holiday after briefly looking online but decided to go into our local store to look, we were greeted by Sheral who was more than happy to talk us through all of our options, we ended up booking it there and then, we couldn’t have done it without her help, she was very knowledgable about the area and had lots of suggestions for us, Can’t wait to go to Jamaica with tui next year!

I had booked a Tui holiday online but had some questions about taking my baby on holiday with regards to facilities and taking prams and car seats on the plane. The staff were incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time with me going through the boarding process, what was available in the room, and even helping me find day trips that were family appropriate. I was really grateful for the info to make my first holiday with a baby a stress free experience and will be back to book a holiday in store soon as the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly.

I came into the store last week and was only looking for a holiday!! Sherelle and Meg helped me out and I ended up booking to go to Mexico as I seen it on deal of the day board they was both very informative and showed me things to do in the local area fantastic service from these girls thank you
