Def recommend this place. Really friendly and chilled atmosphere. Customer service was first class, one of our party has allergen requirements and was catered to with ease and no fuss. Kids loved it too. Will be back soon.

Food and service was good overall but asked to move to the larger booth next to us as would have felt more comfortable. We were told we couldn’t move as this table was reserved. Thought that was strange as didn’t think they took bookings and this was confirmed by another member of staff - only for 8 or more - so seemed like they just didn’t want the hassle. Not great. The toilets were vile with an overbearing stench of urine. Could do with a good clean. The meat of the burger was not to my taste but everything else was nice.Toilets and poor customer service off putting.

This, bodenes, and Boston grill are carbon copies may as well own the leisureplex wish there was a bit more of a difference between these establishments even though they're all owned by the same company. But regardless of that I must say jersey street is fab. Food is excellent no complaints every time I've went. Service is nice and friendly staff very accommodating letter people order burgers to their liking that weren't on the menu. Atmosphere is pretty chill, good music and good vibes. Recommend for family dinners and special events.

I originally posted my review at the time of my visit but for some reason not all my reviews were visible on maps, as the issues with my account have been resolved I am reposting the missing reviews.Jersey Street Grill - Lisburn Leisure Park - Lisburn - Monday 5th December 2022 - 13:25.Entrance is on street level and doors are manual. You have to wait to be seated but we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. The table was cleared and was sprayed and wiped down before we sat down. You sit in booths which I don’t mind as it gives you a bit of privacy from some of the other diners. The decor is different, there are a few faux deer/ cattle heads and other animals painted bright colours and some lit up signs but the actual eating area we were in had subdued lighting which made it more cosy. The waitress was friendly and efficient. We ordered a pot of tea and a coffee and the tea came in a rustic enamel pot with a little milk churn for the milk. There is a big menu and there is a bar as well.We both ordered the mega fry breakfast.Food came out promptly and was hot. As the name suggest the Mega Fry is big. It’s served on a tray with a sheet of grease proof paper on top and the beans are served in a separate (plastic) ramekin. they did forget to send the bacon with the meal but when it was pointed out this was rectified straight away and served with an apology.I like the enamel tea pot, the food served on a tray instead of a plate but I do think it would have been better if they served the beans in a ceramic ramekin. There are two individual toilets for the men which were very clean.Approximately £23 for two mega fry’s, a pot of tea and a coffee, well worth it.First time here and would definitely come back again when I’m in Lisburn.

My husband & I called in on the way to SSE for dinner. We have been here before and really enjoyed it, but this time was different. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food ok - Disappointed in portion sizes for price. Extra side £3.99 & bowl of chips barely 3/4 full! Definitely not worth the money!Toilet facilities used on our visit - absolutely disgusting is an understatement!!!! There where 4 toilets and everyone was as bad!!. My husband works in construction and he said he has never seen as bad a toilet even on a building site!!!Hence to say we won't be rushing back!!

Fry arrived without the hash browns, and came with stonecold beans and burnt toast. The burger didn’t come with maple bacon as described. Instead they pour maple syrup on top of the bacon which tainted the burger. Also no soap in the male toilet and we were first customers at lunch toilet.
