Red Balwn Day Nursery

Both my daughters have progressed from 9 months to 3 years old very well through the nursery. Staff have always been lovely and helpful. Caring very much at all times. My daughters are both achieving expected levels or higher and we can't thank the nursery enough.

Our daughter has been going to Red Balwn since she was 9months old to 4 1/2 and it was her last day today. Since her first day all the staff have been amazing with our daughter, nothings ever been to much trouble for the staff. Our daughter has loved going to Red Balwn, we've noticed a massive difference in her confidence within the first few months of her starting, and ever since she has come on leaps an bounds with her development. We can't thank all the staff enough for everything they have done over the years. x

We are very happy with Red Balloon. The staff are caring and our son has really developed here. He enjoys going to nursery and always comes home happy. The staff work really hard to create an enjoyable and safe environment for children to develop and play. Would definitely recommend.

My son has been attending RBC for over a year now. He absolutely loves it and has thrived in such a supportive environment. The staff are passionate about what they do and obviously care deeply about the children. We as parents are kept well informed via daily report sheets, monthly newsletter and on social media, and our input and suggestions are valued. The nursery is a large converted house and has a real homely feel, with the children's work in displays on the walls. The garden is large and enclosed, and gets used most days come rain or shine- a must for busy toddlers! The management have been brilliant in accommodating our changing requirements and last minute swaps due to shift work, for which we are hugely grateful! We will have no hesitation in sending our second son to RBC when the time comes! Diolch o galon RBC.

Both of our children have attended Red Balwn Coch, they have always been an excellent nursery.Our daughter attends the nursery currently, and always comes home tired, happy and full of stories about her day. The staff really know my daughter and make an effort to do lots of activities with the children.A really good nursery, kind staff, and happy children.

My eldest son has been attending the nursery since he was 7 months old and still currently attends afternoons and holidays until he starts full time school in September. My youngest who is 1 also now attends full days at the nursery. From day one the staff here have been amazingly friendly and loving towards my children giving me peace of mind whilst going to work. Knowing that your most precious are being cared for as if they were their own in a nurturing way is most important to me. They have also gone above and beyond for us as a family when there have been emergencies and we required additional days ect. They have also been such a supportive role in both of my sons lives especially with my eldest and his speech delay. They have taken extra time to help him with some 1 to 1’s and mirroring what the speech therapist suggestions for activities. With their help my eldest has now been discharged from speech and therapy and I truly believe with the help of the girls here he has now turned in to a confident chatterbox. I highly recommend the nursery to anyone returning to work needing childcare your mind will truly be at ease.

This is a great nursery, they cater to all all your children needs special and normal. Also the Staff are great caring and work really hard to keep your child happy! They also teach the kids very well my son came home using his knife and fork one day I was very impressed! Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for part time or full time care for their child ☺️

My son attended and my daughter attends currently. They both have had really positive experiences, learned plenty and after the first few weeks (following a move from another cardiff nursery) came on leaps and bounds (particularly with speech and Welsh language which I think shows they are receiving a wealth of genuine interaction). My daughter is excited every week when she knows she is going, and on the odd occasion my son does a wrap around they both love going together.All the staff are so lovely and have really nailed the social media aspect. I never forget what is going on or wonder what my kids have been doing all day! Response rate is high and they are always so helpful and flexible.Oh and I have had to recreate 'tap tap box' for my little girl which is a bilingual singing game that she ADORES and we have to play almost every night!I can't recommend this nursery enough ❤️

We love Red Balwn Coch!Both my children have attended the nursery and they’ve adored their time there. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and attentive. There are always a wide range of activities taking place, and the monthly newsletter is packed with useful information. I highly recommend this nursery setting as a place for children to flourish.

Our daughter attended Red Balŵn for 7 months prior to the pandemic and the staff all helped to ease my worries as a first time mam leaving her baby for the first time as she was made to feel at home straight away. During the time she was at the nursery, she came on leaps and bounds & there was always a wide variety of activities for them. Highly recommended.
