Had such an amazing experience at J & J Bridal the ladies were so friendly and welcoming as soon as we came in. This was my first shop for trying on wedding dresses, I didn’t need to go any more and I found the most beautiful dress there. Would highly recommend. Scarlett was so patient with me while I tried on several dresses and helped me to get in and out of each dress. Would highly recommend was such a lovely experience and can’t wait to go back and try on my beautiful dress again. Thank you so much again ladies for a perfect experience xxx

Unable to book fittings after 4pm or at weekends which is tricky for a wedding party to coordinate if any members work. No flexibility at all offered. I’d avoid and use the many other options in the area.

I knew about J&J because it was recommended to me and said that the choice of dresses were amazing. They were!! The shop is great and the staff are good too.My only complaint about J&J is that as soon as you have your money, they don’t seem to bother, as their after care isn’t great. I had to ring up to see if my dress was ready, they said they’d call but they didn’t. Once I went to try it on, I needed alterations which they could do, but told that when I come to try on it could only be a weekday. This isn’t good when you work a 9-5 job. I then needed to call a second time to see if my dress was ready again since the alterations were done.The dress on my wedding day was great and I had so many compliments, but part of the fibres in the dress actually rubbed through the dress, into my skin and made me bleed all over my dress. I told them and they did agree to clean FOC. Again, they told me they would call when it was ready to collect. I had to ring again to chase!! A 1 minute phone call is nothing.Overall, I can’t fault the trying on dresses etc, however after care isn’t great when it could have been prevented which could have made my experience better!

Has the most amazing experience here. We were seen by Judy herself and she couldn't have been more wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and special and I found the most amazing dress!I would highly recommend J&J to anyone: you will not need to go anywhere else.Thank you so much x
