This was until this evening, our regular treat and regular Chinese takeaway. However, when we placed our order we was told it would be with us by 8 o’clock.I write this now at 10 o’clock at night, after our delivery driver has just arrived, his response not my problem I’m late.Extremely disappointed that the restaurant didn’t even have the courtesy to contact customers and say we are extremely busy this evening due to high demand delivery times are going to be longer than anticipated.Had they phoned us and informed us of this. We would’ve cancelled our order and sort alternative arrangements. Now at 10 o’clock at night or takeaway is in the fridge as we have gone past feeling hungry.This is the last time we will use this restaurant, I’m sure they don’t actually care that a customer is saying this because this evening proves that, it seems that there desire to earn a profit exceeded the desire to deliver customer service

Ordered for many happy years but this time received no delivery. Fully charged but apparently Just Eats fault so no refund. Be careful as Haka offered no help … just put the phone down! Avoid Just Eat!

I went to their place yesterday to get dinner to go. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes without receiving any service.Then, a woman emerged from the kitchen and told me, 'My boss doesn't pay me to serve customers here. The phone number and website are on the wall; you can place your order there.'I found this situation absurd and decided to leave, opting to eat at a different restaurant instead.

Just ordered where we usually order weekly pretty much the same items, they've either got new owners or new cooks or cheaper ingredients because our chicken curry and deep fired salt and pepper chicken was awful, chewy chicken and the salt and pepper chicken was not seasoned at all so was just cheap chicken in a soggy batter

we have been using Haka takeaway for 20 or more years and we've always had good food at reasonable price and the delivery was good as well but we ordered a meal on Saturday it was absolutely horrible and tasteless (these were the same dishes as we have had before) they were watery and the crispy deep fried beef was tough and no taste. The Red and hot pork was also watery and had no peppers in it and the meat was tough.We will NOT be using them again and also far too expensive now and was over 1 hour late in delivery. They need to revert back to their original chefs and make the meals more reasonably priced.

Walked in to order food and was told to phone or use the website, despite me being in front of the till area. Instead I went to the other Chinese takeaway just around the corner, which is clearly very popular as it had a queue of customers compared to empty Haka.

Had a delivery last night, I was told it would take 1hour 20minutes which was fine. The delivery driver arrived exactly on time and was friendly and polite. The food was hot and tasted absolutely delicious. The beef in black bean sauce was particularly good. I thought the price was far too high. I definitely wont be a regular customer. Not recommended because of cost

Tiny portions of mediocre food. All the dishes were bland and not well seasoned, small portions, particularly of the more expensive dishes. Even the seaweed which cost £4 was half filled.. crispy chilly beef was neither crispy or very spicy at all. Spring rolls were about the best thing we had and even these were underwhelming. While the staff were friendly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, save your money and go to one of the many other food outlets in wokingham

Have always been happy with the food and delivery service, however on this occasion the delivery time was shocking, time quoted was 40 mins, took 1.5 hours to get here. Would not answer the phone to take a phone order from my elderly mother so we had to order online. Took several attempts to get through on the phone to chase the order. once through was told it was on the way and then hung up before confirming time of collection. I had to call back 6 times before they answered. Only had 1 driver on call!! Very disappointing experience. A special family occasion on a Tuesday evening and not sitting down to eat until 20:45.

Ordered a meal went next door for pint went back in to collect, was ignored for 20 minutes after ringing bell for attention to no avail , eventually spoke to someone asked for my meal told don’t know where it is asked for a refund I was told to ring, I did after another 5 minutes I received my refund so bad service.More interested in just eat and Uber orders won’t ever go there again.
