Avoid them. Possibley the worst company in the world. Current sale has taken over 6 months. They are at the bottom of the chain and caused nothing but endless problems. You can never speak to them. You can never get the same person on the phone and their money laundering checks which should be done at the start are done at the end just to delay matters more!!!! The sale nearly collapsed more than once. Would give zero stars if possible

Our conveyancing manager Joni was fantastic and made the whole process so much less stressful. She kept us up to date throughout the whole sale and ensure we understood what was going on.The use of the online portal to track everything was really good and useful too.We never have had anything good to say about solicitors in the past but honestly we'd recommend Premier Property Lawyers to anyone. We were recommended this company by strike estate agents when buying a property. We were told a price and then when about to sign documents we noticed the price has extra added fees to the original quote even though we told them everything from the start taking us to £3000+ we also had some contact issue from the start we decided to pull out and find a different solicitor. However the sellers went with these solicitor and it has been hard work. We have had all the searches back yet still waiting on enquires they’ve had 3 different people dealing with this property sale and are lying about the enquires being sent. It’s been getting beyond ridiculous we could of already been in our house yet now it’s looking like we will not be in until 2024 and we are sofa surfing.

Their Eway portal was extremely user friendly which made sending documents very easy and the dashboard at every step of the conveyancing process was very clear. Our buyer used premier and their solicitor was on leave over the two days we were due to exchange. Despite agreeing the date a week in advance, there was no suitable cover and we ended up exchanging, down to the wire; two days before completion, not good enough if you like peace of mind!

Our solicitor George Layfield was efficient, prompt and his service cannot be faulted. Having gone through a previous firm that completely ignored us 2yrs ago (ending up with wrong mortgage lender), George was very good at answering our questions at all times. The process seemed almost too easy and on completion day I totally forgot about it until I received an email from George that everything had gone through smoothly. She also put a lot of effort into getting us over the line as soon as possible especially given we were abroad on honeymoon during exchange.She was very considerate of our situation and helped to push the other solicitors in the chain to make it happen.We couldn’t recommend her enough - we are very grateful for everything she has done for us.
