Lulu is a nervous cat but she was put at ease and was told she behaved herself. She had a escape and was away for 5 weeks her coat was matted all over. Thanks to you guys she is now happy and let's us stroke her every where. You are FANTASTIC WE WILL BE BACK IF WE NEED YOU XX

After a very bad experience with a previous grooming service I decided to choose Cat studio this time, and I couldn't be happier. Lovely staff, so loving and caring. We met Lily yesterday, for our cat Saffy to have her first groom. She doesn't like being brushed and being a rescue cat we didn't want to push her.Lily, was gentle, and although there were a lot of undercoats to take out, including some large mats, Lily, expertly handled our girl. Right from the get-go Lily, alleviated our concerns and dealt with Saffy, with empathy and a relaxed approach.After contacting several groomers" to be told " No we don't do long-haired cats" some with some real attitude

Lily is sweet, professional, and trustworthy. Her rates and services are by far the best in Birmingham. She is passionate and experienced, you can tell she really cares about her work and the cats. My cat came out sparkly clean and was in great hands! Thank you for everything, would recommend to any cat owner x
