I originally left a review for Maidstone, a month ago, but meant to be for Ayelsford branch. They're one company and same supplier so... We have been recommended this company by the builder. BUT, the quality of doors, door handles does not meet the expectations. Less than six months after installation, the door handle latch gets stuck. The doors split at the bottom. Would not touch with a barge pole. Go on...give me your best shot to argue my feedback. What's your excuse?Update, keep tightening the screws on the door handles.Hi update: repairing of the door handles is never ending the latch keeps getting stuck inside..Second update August 23:The door handles quality is terrible, same problem as above. I note the owner left a response to my review...has anyone had their faulty product rectified?

I do like howdens pity they only sell to trade.Should really look at this policy it's out of date It only benefits the trader.Knowing this I would doubt I would return to purchase any items knowing fully well the prices are not visible and only available to view by a trader.It's old fashion and a out of date policyI won't be purchasing from howdens in light of this.
