Ordered and paid for some items. 2 weeks later they called to say that their costs had increased and they wouldn't honour the sale unless I have them an extra 900gbp. They offered to cancel the sale, but have NOT refunded my £637 that I paid in the first place. They are now ignoring me, and I've had to raise a claim through PayPal to get it back. They're not a real company they're thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Use a proper company instead

Thank you Coz and the rest at Torqen! Ordered some Z parts that came next day which was brilliant. I also forgot to order a couple small parts so to avoid additional postage fees I asked if they could add it in to the order so I could just pay for the added products and avoid extra delivery costs that would have been on my accord and they were great help using their on website chat!

Ordered 2 things from them half a year ago 1 got cancelled but never got my money back. The other one was send back 4 months ago and also no money back.

Guys on the phone when they answer (rarely) are nice guys.Placed and order for a carbon bonnet and some fenders in February 2023. Still haven't got them (August 2023) 7 months later. They say last order took 1 year. So yeah to keep waiting....They got some really nice stuff on their website but I won't be buying anything esle unless they have it in stock in the UK. This is very frustrating and gives Torquen a bad reputation as their supplier takes way too long. Review may update when I get my order.

Ordered a steering joint showing in stock, chased them for a tracking number after a week waiting to be told it’s not in stock! Promised in a week…… a week goes by still no contact, no reply to emails and wouldn’t refund me!! Had to raise a PayPal case to get my money back, avoid these scammers at all costs! Take your money for products they can’t supply and then ignore you!AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Ordered off the website was not advised was out of stock, but that's fine, expect a small delay nope 5 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. I always have to chase them to get a update, really bad customer service. It's my first time using Torqen and can say i won't be returning.

My order has just arrived( Nearly £1000 worth). It is in very good condition and all fits well. And although it took a long time to arrive ( shipped from the USA) the TORQEN customer care team kept me up with developments. Would definitely use again. Thanks

I had the privilege to visit their warehouse and get help with some parts fitted on my car. They don't offer fitting services but I was lucky enough to meet the people behind the scene which I have to say they are genuine involved in helping out the motorsport community.Huge amount of technical knowledge convinced me they're the right people to ask any questions/issue you might have.Parts are priced competitively but sometimes come at the cost of longer shipping times due unforeseen circumstances which are out of their control(Can't unblock the Suez Canal but I'm sure they would try just to make customers happy).Will definitely buy again and would recommend them to anybody.Thank you !
