Comforting call with a confident, reassuring consultant. Aurora answered every question and put my mind at ease. Very helpful and I have been provided with a feeling that I’m in safe and understanding hands. Excited for the journey.

Dr Mileto was incredible I went after being told he need a lift and he said that for how much it would cost I wouldn’t get the results a great deal different to what they are now. Honest and reassuring at some point I will need to have the implants replaced and will defo come back to you guys. Thank you for your honesty x

The nurse I saw was super friendly and couldn’t have been any more helpful. She explained everything she was doing, every step of the way and was extremely gentle removing my splint and stitches. I was her last appointment on a Friday afternoon before she had to travel back to London but still took her time with me, even helping me by booking my next checkup appointment then and there rather than me phoning in to book it with reception. Another amazing caregiver and healthcare professional in my MYA journey to fix the problems with my nose. Thank you x

The staff are wonderful! the surgeons are wonderful! It's been a very positive experience so far. I feel very confident about my upcoming surgery, and know that I am in great hands.

Still have nightmares of this place. The lady surgeon was horrible to me a really nasty attitude and toxic environment when I went there. I brought a family member with me which I’m allowed and she was even rude to my family member as well the staff there seem to be bullies to some people and the surgeon said to me I need counselling I don’t think I’m the one the needs it she does for the way she’s talking to people as I’ve been told she has made others cry before. Yet I was the one being blamed. I was uncomfortable getting dressed in front of her as it was her attitude the way she was talking to me and the hostile treatment from the other staff but I was the one who got blamed. Don’t trust trustpilot as they remove other peoples reviews if they are not 5 stars they even removed someone else’s who said they had unfair treatment from the staff. I can’t say how it will be for everyone but I would stay away from here. I posted before but they removed it but it’s still affected me the way I was treated here it was a horrible place.

My initial phone consultation and all of my in person appointments have been so lovely. All of the team at both Birmingham and London have been very friendly, kind and supportive. My journey with MYA has been great so far and I’m sure they will continue to make me feel at ease. Thank you all x

How much room have I got? After a telephone consult and MYA checking with the medical team, I paid for the initial consultation. I attended. They were running at least half an hour behind, which was gone, I was able to shuffle my afternoon to accommodate.However, it was horrible. I've spent an hour afterwards in absolute tears.It was hard for me to ask for help. It was rushed. Then to be told that yes it was a local anaesthetic but they want an anaesthetist there. Why? Sedation. To push up the price? The surgeon said it was a ten minute job, one or maybe two stitches only.If I had been told that this was the case at the start, I wouldn't have wasted my time, money and emotional energy.I've shown my disfiguration down there" to 2 strangers

Everybody was really nice thank you to Nurse Rachel for being so nice and making me feel welcome and also to the receptionist ( so sorry I don’t know you name ) for making me feel welcome and making me a lovely cup of tea xx

First time meeting everyone at mya, was a nervous wreck till i met everyone, which made me feel comfortable an relaxed.
