Very friendly staff, absolutely delicious food, convenient location but it is quite expensive compared to McDonalds or KFC but you are paying for more premium food. But one of the best things is how much fries they give you, they always throw in another portion of fries in your bag!

The actual place was clean andnice but the food on other hand Worst burger ive ever had. Honestly i was so excited to try five guys and was so disappointed in the taste, look, everything. The milkshake was lushhhh but everything else, fries & burgers(even though you get loadsss) was just horrible. 1000% not worth the money. The burger was just pure bland and tasteless. £29 for 2 burgers, 1 reg fries and 1 milkshake. Me and my partner are hugeee foodies but wont be going back here again unfortunately.

First visit to Fiveguys. The burger was outstanding, absolutely delicious.The fries were disappointing, a bit dry and overcooked. Milkshake was good. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. I'll definitely order another burger, but might skip the fries next time. Over all, good experience.

Wow! Just wow! I was always under the impression that this place was an expensive McDonald's!! It's definatley not! The food here is unreal! Portions sizes are not for you, if you only fancy a light bite! Big portions, you get what you want, the cajun spiced fries are awesome (and there's plenty of them) and you get refillable soft drinks too.

The burgers were amazingly soft and very tasty. Served quickly by Ryan who was fantastic and helped with our dietary requirements. Nothing was to much hassle to him and helped us cheerfully. Thanks to all staff for enjoyable experience. We will be back.

Food was delicious and fresh. Really friendly staff. Clean shop. It was a bit empty at lunch but after looking at reviews we decided to order. Not disappointed the portions were so big.

The very worst value burgers on the planet, 2 basic burgers (single pattie) small portion of fries 1 drink £25 the burgers looked like they had been slapped together with no thought to presentation of any sort and as for the fries, cold, soggy, the fries are meant to be crispy and in other five guys we have been to the portions have been more than generous and a meagre amount. All the tables were dirty, my friend bought himself and his son the hotdogs, outrageous, they looked worse than any hotdog I've ever seen, his son too one bite and pushed his plate away. Staff hadn't got a clue, they short changed me by over £10 when I pointed this out, they still got it wrong a second time. Visited on a Saturday afternoon but not busy at all so the staff were certainly not under pressure. Burger King make a much better job of it!

Tbh this was the first time ive actually ever ate at this restaurant ever. The food was great and made fresh fries and all that as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to me being in a wheelchair. Ive not ate at any five guys even in America till i got over here in the UK and now that i know the food and place is great i will definitely be going and eating at other five guys restaurants when i travel back to the states and texas. Highly recommend coming here to eat fresh burgers and have freshly cut fries.
