The staff were incredibly helpful with our small order. We had to source 2 opening handles for our bay window that didn't protrude beyond the frame. They spent ages going through their catalogues to find something suitable and even loaned us a sample to take home and try!5 Stars from us!

Moved house last year and wanted to update all the door furniture, which was tired and not working in many instances. We had a particular preference for a now discontinued product that we have owned previously and were very pleased with. Went to CBS, and because of the extent of their display we were able to view 'in the flesh' the actual products available rather than choose from an on line image. Gaz gave us full attention, considered what we were seeking and the price structure, came up with many suggestions and helped us choose a handle to suit, that is so very close to what we wanted and not at all how it looked on line.We are both very pleased wth our purchase, and Matt ably supported us through the transaction the following day, in Gaz's absence, and the day after that we took receipt of the entire order.Guys, your service quality is excellent and if anyone out there is considering buying new door handles, can I suggest a visit in person to the showroom, where you can actually see what you are buying, and you can buy in confidence then. The pricing is competetive. The choice on view is immense. We don't live local but the trip there was well worth it as we had been struggling to find what we wanted for several weeks now. Just wish we had gone there sooner!
